Every worker supplied by CoreCare Staffing is fully cleared before deployment. No exceptions, no shortcuts, no liability exposure for your service.
Pre-Employment Framework
Six checks. Every worker. Every time.
Our clearance framework is applied uniformly to every worker we register. No worker is deployed until all six elements are complete, verified, and on file.
01.
Enhanced DBS Check
An enhanced DBS check is obtained or verified via the Update Service before any placement. Existing certificates are accepted only where Update Service subscription is confirmed and the record is current.
02.
Right-to-Work Verification
Right-to-work in the UK is verified in line with current Home Office requirements. Documentation is obtained, inspected, and retained on record. Verbal confirmation or unverified copies are not accepted.
03.
Two Professional References
A minimum of two employment references are obtained and verified before deployment, including the most recent employer where possible. Character references alone are not sufficient.
04.
Mandatory Training Verification
All mandatory training certificates are reviewed and confirmed current before placement — including Safeguarding, Manual Handling, Health and Safety, IPC, and EDI. Specialist placements may require additional certification.
05.
Worker Contracts
Every worker operates under a formal contractual arrangement before deployment. Terms cover conduct, confidentiality, and compliance obligations. No worker is placed without a signed agreement on file.
06.
EL & PI Insurance
CoreCare Staffing holds Employer’s Liability and Public Indemnity insurance covering all placements. Providers working with us are not exposed to the liability gaps that arise from uninsured or inadequately insured agencies.
Employment History
Full employment history. Gaps explained.
We review the full employment history of every worker we register. Any gaps are explored, documented, and assessed before a clearance decision is made.

Ongoing Compliance

Pre-employment clearance is the minimum. We monitor ongoing suitability through feedback from client organisations, supervision, training updates, and incident analysis.
