CoreCare Staffing was built on the principle that providers deserve a staffing agency that takes compliance as seriously as they do. Too many agencies treat pre-employment checks as a formality. We treat them as the foundation.
We operate in one sector — health and social care. Our focus is narrow because specialist providers need specialist partners, not generalist agencies that happen to supply care staff alongside every other category.
We are a London agency. We know the commissioning landscape, the provider pressures, and the regulatory expectations that shape the sector here.

Staffing and care under one standard
CoreCare Staffing is the staffing division of the CoreCare group. Our sister company, CoreCare Living, is a CQC-registered provider delivering domiciliary care and supported living to adults in London.
Operating on both sides of the staffing relationship — as a provider and as a supply agency — gives us a perspective that most agencies do not have. We know what good staffing looks like from inside a care service, and we build to that standard.
Founded by someone who built the care side too
CoreCare Staffing was founded by Steven Monago, who also founded CoreCare Living — a CQC-registered care and supported living provider. That dual perspective informs everything about how CoreCare Staffing operates.
Steven built CoreCare around one thesis: that the sector needed providers and agencies operating to a genuinely premium standard — not one calibrated to the CQC minimum, but one that reflects how good care and responsible staffing actually work.
CoreCare Staffing is a sole-director company. There is direct accountability at every level, and no ambiguity about who is responsible for the standards we maintain.
